Personnel:
1. Front desk- attends all registration of the guest.
2. Doorman/Bellboy- assist/escort the guest during check in and check out.
3. Cashier- attends the settlement of guest bill.
4. Airport/Transport Representative- transport guest to and from the airport or other terminals.
5. Concierge- attends to all incoming request for the guest assistance especially for VIP's.
6. Telephone Exchange- attends to all incoming and outgoing calls in the telephone exchange section.
The purpose of the Front Office Department is to provide guests assistance with luggage, transportation, information concerning the hotel and the city, and any other service arrangements needed during their stay.
